This is a high waisted skirt with a pinstripe design.  There are two pockets and a series of pleats across the front of the skirt.  The waist has a belt feature.  The buckle is in the same material as the skirt.  The skirt has two buttons and zip at the back.  There is a split at the back of the skirt.
