Final Clearance Items
Please choose carefully as there is no refund, store credit or exchange offered on and final clearance item.
Sale Items
We can accept an exchange on sale items if the customer is happy to provide a postage satchel for the return shipping if the item is available. If the item that was purchased was the last of that style, we will issue a store credit.
New Items
Returns are accepted for any reason under the condition that the item is still as new.
The tags are still in tact and there is no visible signs of wear, including perfume or cigarette odours and make-up. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if this occurs.
Please note: Specially ordered in items are non refundable however may be exchanged for another size in the same style if it is available.
Slip your item into an Australia Post Pre-Paid Express Post Satchel; you will be issued with a small sticker containing the tracking id. Please email Madaboochoo with this number for our reference. If this is not provided we will not take any responsibility if lost in transit. Please use only Express or Registered post as these types provide tracking should your return/exchange go missing. Please do not use normal post as this does not provide any tracking.
Ensure that your items are sent back neatly and wrapped inside to keep them clean and dry. Any items received in less than new condition will not be accepted.
Because we are an online business, we understand that sometimes what you receive is on the odd occasion not always the same colour as viewed on the website due to different graphic settings on individual computers, the size is incorrect or the product does not do what it is suppose to. As a result we have chosen to give you a 100% money back guarantee on our quality and standard of product. We will refund in full your money if you are not satisfied with your purchase in accordance with the above terms and conditions.
Headpieces
All headpieces must be returned within 7 days after receiving the item and a tracking number MUST be forwarded to us either via email or phone, we will not accept any responsibility if items go missing and our procedures have not been followed correctly.
Please Note: In the event of a return or exchange, we must be notified within 3 days of you receiving your garment if you require a refund or exchange. Returns and exchanges must be received by us no later later than 2 weeks after you receiving your item.
Once the item has been received by us we will be happy to refund or exchange the item in accordance with our above policy.
Please do not send via Regular Post as it does not provide insurance or tracking and your precious Madaboochoo purchase may be lost easily.
REFUNDS ARE PROCESSED FRIDAY OF EVERY WEEK.

We will ship any exchanges free of charge once only. Any requests for exchanges there after are at the cost of the customer.
Please Note: For large quantity and/or value orders, Madaboochoo reserves the right to charge a flat re-stocking fee of $5.00 if the majority of the order is returned to cover admin costs. We also reserve the right to charge for the cost of excessive shipping, we will contact you with these costs prior to shipping or please check these costs before placing a large order if you are unsure.
