Selecting the incorrect postage option may delay shipping or deem your purchase void, please ensure you select adequate shipping for your orders.

Shipping for all VIP members is free on all full priced orders.

Shipping Rates Australia

Regular E-Parcel Australia $10.00 flat rate

Express E-Parcel Australia Shipping $12.00 (Please leave any special instructions, i.e. dates needed etc in the customer comments field when making a purchase)

Orders requiring express shipping MUST be processed by 2:00pm (Mon-Fri).  If the order is not put in by this time it will not go out until the following day.

International

NZ $15.00 Regular, depending on size of order, please email for details.

Insured International Post US, UK, EUR and others is $35.00, depending on size of order, please email for details.

Shipping and delivery time will vary depending on stock and availability. We are not responsible for delivery times. 

Generally when an item is in stock it will be shipped within 48 hours of your payment being cleared.

Tracking your parcel

After your payment has cleared you will be sent an email at the time the item is shipped notifying you that the parcel has been dispatched. Included in this email will be a tracking number if applicable.
